Hi. I’m Rafli. I help leadership teams bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, especially when things are uncertain and plans need to evolve quickly.
I started my career as co-founder of Scola.id, an education technology company where I led product development and operations across high school, higher education, and government organizations.
One of our defining projects was transforming BULOG Indonesia’s training center into a comprehensive Corporate University through a Knowledge Management System—saving them 70% in operational costs while improving learning outcomes.
From there, my career expanded to include building crypto exchange infrastructure at Stockbit and restructuring operations at Itsavirus, where I helped turn significant losses into predictable profitability.
This journey across founding, scaling, and transforming organizations has taught me how different types of leadership challenges require different approaches to create lasting value.

When I’m not working on operational challenges, I help companies build their brand identity and brand guidelines as a hobby—it’s how I balance my left and right brain.

With a background in Computer Science and an MBA candidate in Business Analytics, I’ve spent 8 years helping organizations navigate their most complex operational challenges. My approach combines technical understanding with strategic thinking to create solutions that actually work.
